How does our shipping procedure work? Find it out below:

  1. We receive your order as soon as we have received your payment. This payment can be done using Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, iDeal and/or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an extra e-mail which clearly states that we will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment on our account.
  2. From then on, your order will be processed by Cyclo Concept, the products will be picked from the stock and packed by one of our staff.

    • Products 'In stock – Express delivery' are in direct stock in the Cyclo Concept warehouse in Spain and are shipped with Correos Express Paq 24
      Delivery time from 24h to max 48h after placing your order.
      *Excluding holidays and weekends
    • Products 'In stock – Standard delivery' are in stock at one of our other Cyclo Concept stores, these products are transported to the Cyclo Concept warehouse, as soon as you place your order. For this we count a period of 3-4 working days. As soon as these products arrive at the Cyclo Concept warehouse, we send your order with Correos Express Paq 24 with a delivery time of 24 working hours.
    • In the case of a combination of products with different delivery types, these products are collected until the completion of your order.
  1. As soon as your order is completely packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking link through email. With this trace code and link you can always follow your parcel.
  2. Our transporter will pick up all these packed goods around noon and bring them to the distribution warehouse.
  3. Your order now leaves the distribution warehouse on its way to its destination, in other words to the delivery address, which may or may not be the same as the invoice address. Please consider carefully when choosing the delivery address and preferably choose an address where you can be easily reached during the day. If you are not at the specified address, the carrier will make a new delivery attempt the next day. If you were not present at this second delivery attempt, the courier will leave a message at your address, after which you can collect your order at a pickup point or post office.
  4. If you do not pick up the item within the indicated time, you will receive another reminder and a new time limit.
  5. Your order will then wait another 14 days for collection. After that the goods will return to us. You can contact us if you still wish to receive the goods. Your package can still be sent to you, subject to payment of the usual shipping costs.
  6. Please note that our boxes are always closed with a personalized tape. In all other cases, your box has been opened!

If you have chosen to pick up your order at the shop, our staff will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail or text message.

- Shipping costs between 125,00€ and 150,00€.
- Pick up in shop: 125,00€ (Bike assembly and set up, first basic check in workshop included).

 

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla and Canary Islands.
